DIRECTORS’ HOLDINGS AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
The Company announces, further to the AGM of Shareholders and the passing of
Resolution 7, that the following Directors’ holdings in the Company’s issued
share capital are as follows:

Shareholders are reminded of the announcement of 16 September 2021, whereby,
amongst other things, shareholders were being asked to approve the conversion
of outstanding professional fees owing to Directors into Ordinary Shares of
the Company.
Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, the Company hereby announces that it has 1,254,138,501
ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in issue (“Ordinary Shares”), each share
carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares
in treasury.
The figure of 1,254,138,501 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the
Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct
Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the content of this
